TİTAN SAVUNMA

Risk Report Request Privacy Notice

Version: 5 October 2026

1. Data controller and purpose

TİTAN GLOBAL SECURİTY SAVUNMA ÖZEL GÜVENLİK HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“TİTAN”) is the data controller for report-request records. This notice explains what happens when you request the free Security Risk Preliminary Assessment PDF. It is separate from the optional bulletin subscription.

2. What stays on your device

Your assessment answers, scenario scores, recommendations and facility / project name are processed in your browser to prepare the PDF. This report tool does not send them or the PDF file to TİTAN’s server, email inbox or ERP. The facility name is used only to personalise the PDF cover and file name. The PDF is downloaded to your device; no report attachment is emailed. Keep the downloaded report in a place appropriate for its contents.

The questions use broad categories. Do not enter an exact address, site layout, patrol or shift information, staffing numbers, incident details or vulnerabilities. The report is an automated preliminary assessment, not a site inspection, security certification or guarantee.

3. Data recorded for the download request

When you request the PDF, your full name, company and email address are sent to TİTAN and recorded to identify, administer and follow up that request. These fields are required. A request notification containing those details is sent to [email protected]. This email address is your own declaration; the report request does not verify ownership of it. Do not enter another person’s details.

The system also records a request identifier, receipt, date, language, model version and limited processing status information. Pseudonymised technical identifiers and rate-limit records help prevent abuse and duplicate requests. These records do not contain your risk answers, facility name or PDF.

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Information is collected electronically through this form. Processing necessary to administer a request you initiate and protect the service relies on TİTAN’s legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698, subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms. Records necessary to establish, exercise or defend rights are processed under Article 5(2)(e), and records required by legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç), where those conditions apply. A report request does not itself give permission for promotional emails.

5. Optional bulletin permission

The bulletin checkbox is optional and initially unchecked. You can obtain the report without selecting it. If selected, your name, company, email and the exact permission wording/version/date are also processed for the bulletin under your explicit consent and commercial electronic communication permission. No additional email-confirmation step is required. The address remains independently unverified; the displayed result indicates whether the bulletin request was recorded. A report receipt does not itself prove a bulletin subscription or İYS approval.

You may withdraw bulletin permission using its unsubscribe link or by contacting TİTAN. See the Bulletin Privacy Notice for that separate process.

6. Recipients, security services and retention

Authorised TİTAN personnel and the hosting, database and email providers needed to operate the request service may process request records. Necessary information may be provided to authorised public bodies where required by law. Risk answers and the PDF are not included in these request records.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Technical information such as IP address, browser and interaction information may be processed on Google infrastructure, including abroad. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 apply separately; optional bulletin permission does not replace them. The site’s other cookie and analytics practices are described in its legal notices.

Request records are retained only for the request-management purpose and applicable legal retention or limitation periods. Records no longer needed for a lawful purpose are subject to deletion, destruction or anonymisation. Your downloaded PDF remains under your control on your device; this tool cannot delete your local copy.

7. Your rights and contact

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, obtain information about purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where the legal conditions apply, request that relevant changes be notified to recipients, object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. You may contact [email protected] for the application procedure and submit an identifiable request through the methods in the applicable communiqué on applications to data controllers. Reading this notice is not a consent declaration.
